Saeed is a true visionary with a background in construction, engineering, and development with over 30 years’ experience building successful businesses. With his drive for performance and can-do attitude, he has been able to grow what started with a Custom Home Building business in Austin, Texas into multiple successful companies. These include but are not limited to an Electrical Company, Lighting Company, and an FF&E Company which eventually lead building his first hotel. This first property opened in August 2016 and sparked what would become MKM Lodging Services.

Mohammad’s passion for hotels came from his years of traveling with Motorola where he experienced a wide range of hotels, from small select service hotels to large luxury brands and everything in between. With his passion for offering our guests the very best, his focus is developing new Premium Branded Projects for MKM Lodging Services in high demand markets and ensuring they have the best technology available for their traveling needs. Mohammad has also been instrumental in the financial growth of MKM and established strong partnerships with leading financial institutions by delivering premium results on each project.

Vice President Of Operations

Waseem Khan joined MKM Lodging in 2019 as Vice President of Operations responsible for Hotel Management, Sales and Marketing, Asset Management, New Construction and Complex Ownership groups. Waseem has over 33 years of experience managing multiple branded full service and select service hotels including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt and Wyndham. Prior to joining the company, Waseem was Vice President of Operations with Twin Tier Hospitality, TPG Hotels & Resorts and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Waseem began his career with Holiday Inn Worldwide (Currently IHG).

Waseem is a dynamic hospitality executive experienced in developing and training teams, effectively controlling cost, achieving YOY revenue growth and high guest satisfaction ratings in competitive environments. He is an expert communicator, passionate about fostering a positive and result-oriented team culture.

Chris HenryVice President of Sales and Marketing/DOS

Vice President of Sales and Marketing/DOS

Chris Henry is MKM Lodging’s VP of Sales and Marketing/DOS, an accomplished sales veteran with 20+ years in the hospitality industry including an extensive background in Food & Beverage, pre-opening and re-branding experience.

Chris has been instrumental in providing the utmost in leadership, bringing her teams to high levels of success and performance for several of the industry’s most recognized management companies in multiple markets. Chris’ experience includes select service, extended stay, and full-service hotels in airport, downtown, resort and suburban locations throughout Arizona, Texas, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Louisiana and she is well versed in all major brands with an emphasis on Hilton products.

She is a proven performance driven leader with the ability to get the job done - developing teams and elevating financial expectations. Throughout Chris’ career, she’s loved to reflect on people she’s mentored, coached and developed along the way with a hands-on approach for their future advancement. Gaining lasting connections and seeing how far they’ve excelled in their careers is the most rewarding for Chris.

Besides the hotel industry, Chris’ other passion is animals, large and small. She is a horse owner and when not out in the field supporting her teams and hotels, she prefers to be out in her field with her husband and four-legged friends while supporting local animal therapy organizations.
